TROY, N.Y. (July 23, 2007) — CornerStone Telephone Company, an integrated communications provider, announced they have been named the fastest growing company in the Capital Region by the Capital District Business Review.

The Capital District Business Review ranks the fastest growing companies by the percent of revenue increase from 2002 through 2006.  CornerStone has shown an almost 4000% increase in revenue, which is attributed to acquisitions and an increase in product offerings.  

In addition to its headquarters in Troy, N.Y., CornerStone has offices located in Poughkeepsie, Utica, New York City, Springfield, Mass. and Pittsfield, Mass. The company was founded in 2001, by Don Walsh and Dan Yamin, and today employs over 70 people in its seven locations.
