CornerStone Telephone named Fastest Growing Company

TROY, N.Y. (July 14, 2008) — CornerStone Telephone Company, an integrated communications provider, announced they have been named the fastest growing company in the Capital Region by the Capital District Business Review.

 

“CornerStone is thrilled to have been named the fastest growing company in our area for a second time,” said Dan Yamin, co-founder and CEO of CornerStone Telephone Company. “Our team has worked hard to get to this level and hope to continue to grow in the years to come.”

 

The Capital District Business Review ranks the fastest growing companies by the percent of revenue increase from 2003 through 2007. CornerStone has shown a 625% increase in revenue, which is attributed to acquisitions and an increase in product offerings.

 

In addition to its headquarters in Troy, N.Y., CornerStone has offices located in Poughkeepsie, Utica, New York City, Springfield, Mass. and Pittsfield, Mass. The company was founded in 2001, by Don Walsh and Dan Yamin, and today employs over 100 people in its seven locations.
