CornerStone Telephone Continues Expansion with New Office

Troy, NY (November 25, 2008)--CornerStone Telephone Company, an integrated communications provider, today announced the opening of a new office in Oneonta, New York.
“CornerStone is making a commitment to each service area by having a local presence,” said Dan Yamin, Chief Executive Officer for CornerStone Telephone Company. “This expansion allows us to continue giving our customers the best support possible, as well as grow our existing customer base and increase market share.”
CornerStone has expanded staffing and support to accommodate their large base of accounts in the Oneonta market, gaining even greater market share in New York State's Southern Tier. A team has been hired-from management to technicians and inside service representatives-whose expertise ranges from PBX installations and maintenance to voice and data services, as well as an understanding of the market. CornerStone invested $250,000 to establish their network presence in Oneonta, installed in August of 2008, offering business customers throughout the region high bandwidth services. CornerStone is also offering customers throughout the region fiber and gigabit speed voice and data services.
The new office is located at 444A Main Street in Oneonta.
In addition to its headquarters in Troy, N.Y., CornerStone has an office located in Syracuse, Buffalo, Poughkeepsie and New York City. The company was founded in 2001, by Don Walsh and Dan Yamin, and today employs 115 people in its six locations.
