By utilizing TRS-On-Demand and the automation it provides, CornerStone is reduce time to provision orders for all lines, both in the Verizon East and on-net territories," says Don Walsh, Chief Operating Officer of CornerStone Telephone Company.  "The middleware will increase our operational efficiencies into new markets, after recently agreeing to acquire Richmond Telephone Company and Richmond Networx in Western Massachusetts, and give us the ability to re-allocate staff hours to recently launched products, including hosted IP phone service and our softphone product."
