Our network build-out was completed in 2008, and includes four LATAs (Local Access and Transport Areas). Our services cover the Capital Region, western New York, upstate New York, New York's southern tier, the New York metro area and Hudson Valley, and Western, Massachusetts. We service over 10,000 customers in New York, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, with over 50,000 access lines offering telephone, Internet, hosting, data center, cloud computing, security services and strategic sourcing.
